I am planning on moving to Somerville with my very sweet pit/lab mix. I am a little scared after reading all the laws about pits and was wondering if anyone has any insight as to what its really like to live in the Boston area w/a Pit mix. thanks so much!!

Somerville is not as bad as some areas of Boston. As long as you get your dog licensed as quickly as possible and make sure your dog has all his/hers shots.
Friends who own pits and pit mixes have found that if they meet with animal control and introduce their dogs, they are less likely to have problems. I have to do that myself, since I have a 'wolf'
Are you moving from out of state, or just from another town? Who is your vet now, are you keeping them, or do you need a recommendation for a new vet?
